| With the bicycle's change from function of walk-free to the combined function of both fitness and walk-free, the level of quality and safety requirements on bicycle gets higher and higher around the world. Quality testing of bicycle is an important element of security guarantee in manufacture and use, which involves in numerous standards and testing methods. Since China's accession to the World Trade Organization, International Standard has usually been adopted by our National Standard on bicycle and both of them are almost the same in terms of text structure and contents. But for some countries and regions such as EU, Japan and US, they have their own standards and currently carry out some new stern requirements on bicycle, so it's necessary for us to improve the quality of bicycle especially for exporting and make new testing machines in conformance with the foreign standards. Meanwhile, the Bicycle Testing centre of the Entry & Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of Tianjin, since established, has accumulated so many documents related to inspection such as Application Form, Running Record and Record of Inspection, etc. Practically, it's important to manage those documents effectively in order to query, analyze and print afterwards.According to export requirements and testing requirements with the new high-frequency fatigue testing project, we developed four key bicycle components'high-frequency fatigue testing equipment. They have been explored in terms of action, software control, hydraulic control, closed-loop control, mechanical theory and technology of high frequency response. Of them, the closed-loop of force and distance featured the new equipment. Under the real-time supervision of the computer, the acting unit of the equipment got the corrected signals through the functions of collecting, treating, analyzing, comparing and judging out of the computer and sensors so that the accuracy of the force was assured.In the section of the inspection data management system, firstly, ActiveX Data Objects (ADO) and Access database software were introduced; secondly, the theory and practical method of retroactivity were detailed; then the fundamental data system was realized by using the relation database conception. The datasheet of the system was constructed including Application Form, Running Record and Record of Inspection etc; lastly, the function of the system was detailed in terms of designing and constructing the functional modules. And edit and query of the testing data of bikes were realized and all data were printed in standard format. Due to the lack of time and incomplete design in the database, this system still exposed some problems and flaws during practical use. So the corrected directions of this system were provided at the end of the dissertation. |
