On The Socialized Management System Of Drivers In Shandong Province

Peace is the basis for a harmonious society.With the fast development of Chinese roads condition,vehicles,drivers and traffic flows,accidents happen frequently, which takes a negative role in developing economics and the society. Traffic problems have become gradually a social problem that threatens the safety of people's life and property. Shandong province, with the population of 90 million and 20 million motor-driven vehicles, is the top 2 provinces of accidents, only second to Guangdong province. Each year, there are about 10 thousand people dying in accidents. That is to say, there are accidents in every hour of every day, which brings enormous economic loss.Over 90% of the accidents are due to the indifferent safety sense of the drivers, which deserves attention and reflection.In the traffic factors, which consists of people, vehicles, roads and the environment, the role of people is the most important. In Shandong province, every family has one or more drivers on average, whose safety relates closely to the happiness of the family. According to the survey, the death and injury of each person in accidents relates directly or indirectly to 5 to 10 families. However, the administration of Shandong province, even the whole country, is relatively backward. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the education and management of drivers, enhance the safety sense of them, keep illegal actions within limits and construct management system of drivers.The thesis has done certain research on the socialized management system of provincial drivers based on the above problems. First of all, it analyzed the research and application of the socialized management system of drivers both at home and abroad. Then it stated the current situation and problems existing in Shandong province and the reasons. After that, the thesis put forward the socialized management system of drivers in Shandong province from two perspectives: regulation and quality management. At the end, it came up with several measures to ensure the good operation of the system. At last, the thesis made a great effort in achieving the goal of providing the province with a set of delicate socialized management system of drivers.
