The winding-pipe machine principal-axis magnetism supporting system is a novel magnet mechanism device. It has many advantages including no mechanism abrasion, no pollution, high efficiency, wide application, noise free, long cycle life, and so on. The winding-pipe machine principal-axis magnetism supporting system is a typically electromechanical and electromagnetical product with some main parts: electromagnet system, electromagnet bracket system, etc. The study of the winding-pipe machine principal-axis magnetism supporting system concerns the intercross of many disciplines, such as mechanism, material, electronic engineering, heat engineering, computer, and so on. In this dissertation, two main key techniques, the electromagnetic field design and the mechanical structure design, are investigated deeply and systematically.The main contents of this dissertation are as following:In Chapter 1, the background, source, purpose and significance of the subject are introduced. The principle and key techniques of the winding-pipe machine principal-axis magnetism supporting system are analyzed. The application prospect of the winding-pipe machine principal-axis magnetism supporting system is also presented. Based on this, the author brings up the main studying contents of this dissertation.In Chapter 2, the mechanical bracket supporting system physical model is establish, and flexibility and reversed force are calculated, simultaneity, some technique needs are brought forward. Then, four feasible projects are brought forward and compared. Finally, two principium whole projects are confirmed.In Chapter 3, the magnetic field design is transformed the magnetism-route design by the magnetism-route measure., and the theory and the step of the magnetism-route measure are given. Then, the detailed electromagnetic field and electromagnetic force design process is given. Finally, The parameters of electromagnet are confirmed, and the design results of two principium wholeprojects are compared.In Chapter 4. the theory and means of the finite-cell measure is introduced, simultaneity, the characteristic of finite-cell measure software ANSYS is given. Then, the detailed finite-cell analytical process of electromagnetic field is given, and analytical result is discussed and compared. Finally, the whole project, double inspirit magnetism structure, is confirmed, and the parameter of double inspirit magnetism structure is confirmed.In Chapter 5, the theory and step of structure design is given, and the three-dimensional model of accessory is set up. Then, the detailed finite-cell analytical process and theory of structure intensity is discussed. Finally, the three-dimensional finite-cell analysis of double inspirit magnetism structure intensity is discussed, and structure is optimized and amended.In Chapter 6, the main research findings and conclusions of whole thesis are summarized. And the future research projects of the winding-pipe machine principal-axis magnetism supporting system are proposed.As a novel magnet mechanism, the winding-pipe machine principal-axis magnetism supporting system has broad application prospects. In this dissertation, the investigations on the key techniques, not only overcome many theory and technical difficulties, but also have great value in industrial application.
