General motion control system chip fewer resources to deal with slow, difficult to achieve greater real-time signal processing requirements, can not meet the high performance AC speed control strategies and advanced control algorithm in the use of asynchronous motor.Research and development based on DSP TMS320F2812 and CPLD to control the core of the induction motor control system development platform designed to enable motor control system has strong versatility and flexibility, DSP control algorithm centralized processing system, CPLD logic circuits to achieve external control, the development platform is flexible, versatile, easy to modify and upgrade. Just replace the internal logic of CPLD and motor drive circuit, can be achieved on the induction motor, synchronous motor, brushless DC motors and other motor control, is conducive to a variety of complex motor control algorithms and accelerate the rate of product replacement, cost-effective. At the same time development platform based on the hardware design, complete with auxiliary hardware design development package, has greatly improved the efficiency of motion control system software development. Software development platform written C language code from the program and based on MATLAB and Embedded Target for TI C2000 DSP system-level design source code of the program automatically generates both the design. DSP and CPLD based on the features and functions of the division of labor, the system software design into software design and CPLD DSP software design; to make the system easy to upgrade, with better scalability and maintainability, the system uses a modular design concept, functions are achieved through software programming, while, the paper also gives the induction motor vector control system in the development of platform solutions designed to verify the effectiveness of development platform. In addition, the development platform in the design process, taking into account the subsequent development of the system scalability and availability, the system resources reserved for the rich ports, you can easily develop in the relatively short period of time to complete the different control objects and different control strategies research and development.Use of the platform can be quickly completed the development of motor control system products and applications, powerful, able to meet the high speed and high precision control applications; also can be used for motion control DSP teaching research and experimental work, with strong theoretical and practical application.
