| Remote terminal(RT) is a subsystem of computer control and management system in aircraft electrical system. This intelligent RT has the ability of the local management . It transmitts all inspected information of the first power distributed center to PSP, at the same time, receives the control command of PSP, which achieve power distribution of system and turning on or off of high-power loads.Based on the previous research, RT adopts advanced DSP+CPLD hardware platform technique in order to improve reliability, time-response and fault-tolerance of system. A new and high-performance chip (TMS320F2812) of Ti Co. is acted as the central processor and EPM7128S of Altera Co. is adopted to extend I/O port. Hardware platform of RT is divided into seven modules, including power supply, DSP minor system, I/O extension based on CPLD, digital adjustment, analog collection, frequency collection and CAN bus communication etc. Project analysis, schematic design, PCB design and the last test of hardware of every modules are introduced in detail.CPLD is configured and simulated by way of graphic and VHDL. Test software has been programmed mixed with C language and DSP assemble language to test function and performance of hardware flat. The tests include transplant of μC/OS-Ⅱ, CAN communication between RT and PSP, analog collection and digital collection and control , and test results of every modules are also provided. At last, some specific measures about reliability design are analysed and discussed. In conclusion, this RT has both an advanced hardware platform and more reasonable design. The test result indicates that its functions are all achieved and its performance is enhanced from previous system. |
