Phased Switch Intelligent Dsp-based Control Devices

Along with the development of scientific, the filed of switch electrical device are going through a new change of dynasty, intelligent switch will gain more broad application, and the switch intelligent control device is the key part.The paper analyzes the domestic and overseas actuality of the key phase-controlled switching with the switch intelligent control device, and discusses the signification of switch intelligent control. Then brings up the hardware structure of the switch intelligent control device based on the analysis, and the digital signal processor TMS320F2812 is used as core chip, and the complex programmable logic device MAX3256 is used in the switch control part. In the software design part, the paper analyzes the flowchart of software design and the method of task schedule, and introduces the open source's embedded real-time operation system μC/OS-Ⅱ ,which improves the real-time and reliability of the system, and it is good for software design, division and maintenance. After confirms the software and hardware structure, the paper analyzes the monitor and safeguard arithmetic of the switch intelligent control device, and emphases discusses the realization arithmetic of phase-controlled switching. The paper analyzes the device's main circuit structure, the design of power module, the choice of main chips, the design of simulation input, the design of communication module and sampling circuit, at the same time, the paper gives the analysis of digital input and output circuit and the design of anti-disturb. According to the device's technology request the hardware circuit is chosen and the hardware design is finished. The system software uses typical modular designing methods and layered design. Some problems in software designing and debugging are summarized in this dissertation at last.Finally, the device testing experiments simulates its function, and gives the communication show, the switch control perform part which based on CPLD passes the strict function testing, and at last passes the EMC test after improving, and achieves power system EMC request with the kind of switch control device.
