Studies In Tectonic Of Contemperary Beijing Exterior Spaces Within The Traditional Context

Beijing, as a both modern and ancient city, has been built for 3,000 and has the history of 800 years of capital. Beijng also has a long history and cultural heritage. New Beijing is built in the old city center. As the new China's political center and cultural center, Beijing have traditionally faced constant pressure in terms of urban development and building construction. The older generation of architects has taken a lot research in architectural and exterior design of Beijing Urban Design. Faced with economic development, the impact of globalization and consumer era of Beijing's architecture, urban style has brought a great impact. The question which is the way for architecture and urban space in Beijing, has always been the world's attention. With the reflection of globalization in recent years, returning to the traditional voice of buildings is also growing in recent years, Beijing carried out a series of architectural design project, take into account regional characteristics of Beijing's more and more.In this thesis, the external space of contemporary Beijing architectural study is taken by the architects over the past decade and foreign architects in China in Beijing to carry out the spirit of traditional culture, the performance of construction projects, attempting to find a suitable way for the development of contemporary Beijing.Dissertation field research and a large number of collection since 2000 have been collected to reflect the traditional culture of Beijing architecture as an example of contemporary information. The use of statistical methods, classification methods and interdisciplinary research methods etc have been taken to analysis of contemporary Beijing architectural design of external space and design Practices. First, the analysis of contemporary Beijing architectural exterior design of the times facing the environment and the physical environment, the proposed study of contemporary Chinese architecture outside Beijing's new purpose and meaning of space, clear construction methods. Secondly, through the external space of contemporary Beijing architectural elements in the construction of the analytical level, the main interface from outside the building, architectural sketches, and other material elements of plant configuration and climatic conditions, cultural and social background, the user's activities and other non-use Material elements of both the emphasis on the analysis of construction elements of the nature of outer space. Then, though three-dimensional external space from the vertical and horizontal composition of two aspects of contemporary Beijing Exterior spaces constitute a form of summary and analysis. Finally, the issues raised and analysised, summarized the principles of building construction of outer space, construction methods and construction of ways.
