Research On The Quality Of The Screw Joints In The Automobile Manufacture

As the stanchion of the national economy, Automobile industry has played a more and more important role in the macro-economics.Quality is the life of a corporation, and providing quality-continuous-improving products is the basis for a corporation to exist. To pay attention to the basic, the quality of the screw joints, is an effective way to improve the reliability of the produce process, and also the very point discussed in this paper.In this paper, thousands of screw joints (from the assembly workshop of Shanghai Volkswagen factory 1) are taken as samples to put a Screw-quality control system forward. The purpose of this system is to improve the stability and reliability of screwing, real time inspect and data gathering and analyzing also became possible. Main work of the research is: firstly analyze the in existence screw joint quality control method, a detailed research was started from the screw theory, such as"Torque Method"and"Angle Method", caring about the equipments, the control logic, the statistical method etc. After lots of systemic optimization and additional innovative modules were brought in, a new software come into being. It has function of data gathering and automatic analyzing and process monitoring. With this system, the process control of screw joint is highly canonical, the process stability is increased.This paper focus on the most basic and most important part of the Automobile industry, and provide an integrated solving plan, which have great possibility value to be generalized in the other factories of the whole industry.
