Companies also paid more and more attention to their product’s quality, during the product production process,they applied the quality management theory and methods, adopted various ways in product quality control to improve their product’s quality, which was in order to improve their advantage among enterprises competition.In this paper, what study was A company’s quality control situation on pressure vessel manufacturing, basis on the analysis of A company’s product quality control, applied relevant quality control theoretical knowledge, combined with the actual situation of the company, some optimization Suggestion about improving the quality of product were given to the company. Based on A company’s procurement acceptance appeared quality problem, suggested to management suppliers, using the method of the classification management, quality management and performance appraisal to management suppliers, which is to improve the quality of procurement, and from the source to ensure product quality; Aiming at the condition of the company’s process check quality problems, putted forward optimization suggestions on process quality control.Through the discussion of this article, it hoped that this article would be useful for the company to improve the present situation of product quality control, and also for other companies’s in the same industry quality control for reference.
