| In recent years,with the rapid development of China economic,China auto industry develops also in fast way,the famous auto OEMs domestic or worldwide are all coming into China market and seeking the way to cooperate with China market,which makes China auto industry competition becomes more and more fierce.The entire auto OEMs increase their quality standards and requirements continually try to win the advanced position in the auto market.In the meantime,more and more people focus on quality problems caused by TOYTO recalling issue.Chinese government also issue “three guarantees” policy which makes auto industry facing higher quality requirements and challenges.With more and more OEMs outsource their components,the quality of components decide the brand value of the OEM.Therefore,it turns more important to keep special eyes on auto components company`s quality management and their management systems.This thesis chose the components company representative,Yanfeng Plastic Omnium as the research object.In the first place,the thesis explains the current quality system status and the problems which met in the process,and to research and analyze the root reasons of those problems.Afterwards,combine with the quality management theories and problems which YFPO met,to analyze in the levels of material quality control,quality system guarantee and quality system management,to give YFPO quality management improvement projects and suggestions on optimizing organization,clearing customer orientation,improving on quality management process,using quality tools and pushing quality culture.In the meantime,to give other auto components companies reference projects on quality management system building. |
