Explosive is loaded with explosive device, produced by the external stimulus energy combustion or explosion, set off to do mechanical work to ignite or produce special effects of the disposable components and devices in general. Based on understanding the concept of EED and the experimental requirements, this paper designs this system which can test the studied explosive parameter .The system includes an explosive ignition pulse circuit design, the role of time measurement, precision measurement of low resistance, and another unplug EED force and time measurement, and conducts experiments and some units circuit debugging.First, for the performance of the measured parameters ,this system is divided into the ignition current pulse output module, the low resistance measurement module, the role of time measurement module and the unplug power test module, which can reduce unnecessary duplication of work in the design. Second, it designs the circuit by depending on the measured parameters. And then, it builds a hardware platform based on the design scheme. In the design process, pulse output module uses a simple one-shot circuit to generate a standard pulse signal; Unplug power of the test module builds a dynamometer system based on the strain gauge force measurement principle; The role of time measurement module records the real time of the role of the explosive, which is displayed in the LED; Virtual instrument display module uses NI's LabVIEW to build oscilloscope, strain force measurement display and counter on the computer, and displays ,processes and storages the measured data on the computer monitor through the data acquisition card.By the various modules debugging and testing, test results show that the circuit and software display system designed can normally work and basically meet the design requirements. And the improvement and experiments of the overall system needs further work to complete.
