| During the operation of a ship,the ship’s anchoring system plays an important role in berthing,loading and unloading cargo,and avoiding wind.Some ships may encounter problems such as collision between the anchor and the hull,failure of the anchor to smoothly retract at the anchor chain barrel,and failure of the anchor to fit tightly with the anchor hole after the anchor is retracted,all of which will affect the operation and safety of the ship.After the design of the anchor system is completed,in order to avoid these problems,most shipyards use wooden models to conduct anchor pulling tests to check the safety of the mooring system.However,using this type of wooden model for tension anchor testing has many disadvantages,such as high difficulty in making wooden models,large demand for test sites,high failure costs,and different friction coefficients between wood and steel,which can lead to a large amount of manpower and material resources consumed in the test,and longer test cycles.In order to solve these drawbacks,this paper deeply studies the dynamic modeling methods and computer simulation technology of anchor pulling process,and adds anchor pulling simulation tests to the virtual shipyard environment.This has important engineering application value for improving the safety and economy of anchor pulling tests in shipyards.This paper mainly uses computer modeling and virtual simulation technology to conduct ship anchor pulling simulation tests and anchor pulling test simulation in a virtual shipyard environment,and builds a virtual simulation system for ship anchor pulling tests.Firstly,a three-dimensional model of anchor pulling test is created and assembled using Solid Works,and then a virtual simulation of anchor pulling test is conducted using the Vortex simulation platform.The simulation results are compared and analyzed.Then,the development requirements of the virtual simulation system for ship anchor pulling test are analyzed,the functions of the virtual simulation system for ship anchor pulling test are studied,and the system development technical route and overall design scheme are formulated.Thirdly,according to the principles and methods of ship anchor pulling test,3DSMAx software is used to create and render Ro/Ro passenger ships,test scenarios,and test models.The Vortex simulation platform is used to build special effects on the sky,ocean,and other environmental models for the test scenarios,realizing the simulation of scene model effects.The virtual simulation system for ship anchor pulling test is established by combining QT development software and Vortex simulation platform.Finally,a functional test of the simulation system was conducted,and the simulation results of the system were compared and analyzed with the simulation results of Vortex.The error was within the allowable range,proving the feasibility and practicality of the simulation test system. |
