Strategy Research Of Sustainable Renovation On Existing Residential (Area) In Dalian

The renovation of existing residential (area), is an important element of sustainable development in the city. After successive years of high strength and large-scale new investment, the renovation for old housing has been urgent. Due to the extensive demolition and reconstruction mode, there are many disadvantages, therefore, must adopt a reasonable and feasible for sustainable development, renewal and transformation model.In this paper, we make the early 90's residential (area) as the research object, focus on technical aspects and building design to study the sustainable renovation of building, try to explore appropriate and sustainable renovation strategy in Dalian.In this paper, the concept of open house, the existing settlements will be divided into "community", "support", "infill" three dimensions. Focus on the Jinxiu Residential Area, first of all through research on the existing situation and problems of housing in the three levels to organizate and analyse; On this basis, extensive research on cases and studies at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics of Dalian, proposed adaptive strategy for sustainable renovation; finally, chose Jinquanzhongyuan,the typical community in Jinxiu to carry out test design, according to the actual situation of land, proposed sustainable renovation proposal that meet the "suitability, feasibility, economy "three principlesThe results in this paper, the research results on early 90's in Dalian existing residential can be used as the basis of relevant research information; the three levels "community" "support ", "infill" to provide a kinds of ideas and methods for the revotation of existing residential (area);proposed test design proposals for government policy formulation and implementation of reference, as well as the sustainable renovation of existing house for future business for reference.
