Large-scale peeled-up coating pressing and decontaminated technology, is one of the elimination technology that suppresses and eliminates radioactive fallout. This technology is mainly to form the suppressed decontamination protective film by spraying the detergent in the polluted environment, and then use the coating callback vehicle to recycle the membrane bodies to reduce or eliminate radioactive fallout The emergency safeguard vehicle is an important working equipment in this technical system, which main function is to provide condition monitoring and emergency safeguard, and other functions such as mixing,mill,storage,transportation and others of the water-soluble suppression detergent, to make sure it can work well in special external environment and different working conditions. Based on the emergency safeguard vehicle's function requirement, the main task is to finish the key components'design and do some research for the equipment's control system, and the main work is followed:(1) According to the function requirement, putting forward the design ideas and design of the emergency safeguard vehicle. In profits from the domestic and foreign existing mature agitating technology, the HQWB emergency safeguard vehicle carries on the rationalization design to the upper garment functional spare part based on the existing stereotypia chassis, and installs communication facilities and software to exchange information with the communication control center, makeing it to be a multifunctional working machine with reasonable layout and load assignment, which can finish feeding,measurement,agitation and transport the water-soluble suppression detergents.(2) Based on the vehicle's design proposal, finishing the key parts'design shaping. According to the theoretical and Design reference, to make sure the size and Other parameters of the parts, and then finish the Modeling work of the key parts with the software of SolidWorks, it includes pipeline,agitator tank and storage tank; finally, use the finite element analyse software ANSYS to finish the model analysis of agitator tank.(3) According to the structural design and functional requirements of this machine, finishing the programs of PLC control system. On the basis of the design requirements, completing the program with Programming software GX-DEVELOPER-8.34, making sure the control system and mechanical structure can get a good adaptability,responds rapidly and working steady.(4) Finishing the functional experimentation. According to the experimentation, examing the design feasibility of main components,rationality of control system,reliability of each function and the agitation effect, providing reference for the equipment's design improvement and finalization.
