Stuctural Refit Design Of Small Emergency Command Vehicle

In recent years,various natural disasters,accident disasters,social security events and public health events often occur,which not only cause huge losses to people’s lives and property,but also have a serious impact on national economic development and social stability.Governments of various countries have established emergency management systems according to national conditions.Small emergency command vehicles are important equipment in the emergency management systems.They can arrive at the accident site when public facilities such as power,communication and network are disabled.They closely cooperate with the emergency command center to realize the functions of emergency command and dispatching,emergency communication,information collection and processing,power supply guarantee,etc.Firstly.in this paper,the functions and uses of emergency command vehicles at home and abroad.are studied,and the ideas and methods of structural modification design of small emergency command vehicles are put forward combined with China’s national conditions.According to the use requirements and functional characteristics of small emergency command vehicles,more than 30 kinds equipment of eight subsystems,such as vehicle chassis,information acquisition equipment,information processing equipment,communication network equipment,positioning and navigation equipment,power supply and distribution equipment,lighting equipment and support equipment,are compared and select.Secondly,the 3D modeling of small emergency command vehicle is built through PTC Creo software,and the vehicle structure modification design is carried out,which including chassis modification design,vehicle layout optimization design,cabinet frame structure design and loading equipment layout design.Finally,the load of vehicle modified,the stability and transportation performance are checked and calculated based on the three-dimensional model to meet the vehicle operation and transportation requirements.
