Reserch On Location Layout And Evaluation Of JinZhou Highway Transport Cargo Hub

The urban road transport cargo hub where the collection and distribution of goods are being carried out is the key in urban cargo transportation system. Various kinds of transport system can be connected to each other to form a harmonious comprehensive transport network through the presentation of those cargo hubs. As a result, the rationality of those bubs'planning, design and construction play an important role in the achievement of urban cargo transportation system's function and the development of national economy and society as well.As the key city in the"Five point and one line"regional economic strategic blueprint located in LiaoXi area, the city of Jinzhou has been one important market since ancient times attracting lots of traders carrying kinds of products in this area. The city of Jinzhou enjoys exceptional traffic and location advantages. On the west of Jinzhou located"Liaoxi corridor", the east"Liaohe plain", the south Liaodong Bay of Bo Sea and the north the vast inland including eastern Inn Mongolia, Hei Longjiang and western Jinlin. Taken as the important city of economic districts surrounding Bo Sea and Huang Sea and the key traffic junction, Jinzhou connected all areas surrounded. The construction of Jinzhou road transport cargo hub is able to improve national economy and social development of Jinzhou while raising its status. At the same time, it helps optimize the urban planning.In this paper, the distribution of Jinzhou road transport cargo hubs is taken as the object and studied in terms of the distribution principle, planning and assessment as follows:Firstly the social economy and traffic development of Jinzhou is presented and the distribution of cargo cubs is analyzed as well as its problems at present. Based on those above, the necessary of Jinzhou's cargo hubs distribution planning is achieved.Then, the freight demand in terms of hub-inside volume, freight amount and hub size is forecasted to support the planning with relevant data. The distribution of Jinzhou road transport cargo hub is planned based on the corresponding principle and target. This plan was assessed in terms of technologic valuation, economic valuation and environmental influence valuation. The feasibility of this plan is analyzed through the professional scoring based on evaluation index established.At last, according to the evaluation results, analyzed in the term of fund raising, the arrangement of this plan is carried out. The corresponding supporting measures and suggestions are proposed at the same time.The construction of road transport cargo hub will play a promoted role in country highway transportation hub of Jinzhou.
