The automobile industry brings the modern material civilization, and meanwhile it also brings the pollution of atmosphere and noise and with the increasingly attention to environment, it becomes a social problem. The noise which caused by rubbing between tyre and pavement, is one main factor of the chassis noise, Therefore, the study on tyre noise is very important and attracted more and more attentions.Below is a new design of tyre test-bed and is based on analyzing the merits of existing domestic and abroad test-beds, meanwhile combine actual conditions to design a new solution. The transmission system of tyre test-bed is composed of power system, reduction box and other power train. Meanwhile it can be used on the tyre beaking performance and wearing capacity test.The tyre test-bed tumbler which is used a arm of a large numbers of welded steel structure, which is very bigger. The Maximum speed can reach 80km/h. The design is ensured by the good reliability and security, so lots of calculation of the strength and rigidity are implemented for its rotating shaft, arms, telescopic boom as well as other components. After strength calculation to the bearings of rotating arms, several bearings can have a risk with short useful time in design scheme, then the improving solutions is designed and present. During working, there is some unstable factors due to extension movement and friction, then analyze the measuring error of telescopic boom.With setting up the mathematical modeling, the spring rigidity of telescopic boom is designed by the dynamic analysis of the system of tumbler motion. Meanwhile state the working conditions of tested-bed in different rotate speeds, tyre stiffness, while the roller is out of round, as well as rotate components have different eccentricity. And also, analyze the influences on the motion characteristic of main components caused by the roller which is aspheric.
