| The rotary kiln is widely used in various professions such as cement, building materials, metallurgy and refractory materials production, guaranteing its security, the highly effective movement are the enterprise enhance one of economic efficiency important means. The tyre is an important drive structural member of the rotary kiln and the loads of all the rotating parts of shell, kiln liner and materials are transferred to the supporting device through the tyre. The operating characteristic will play a vital role in production efficiency of the rotary kiln. So it is of great practical significance and economic value to the research on and analysis of relative intensity.The reversal contact stress of the tyre-roller is one of the main factor about the destroy invalid of the tyre,and the width of tyre intial design according to the most contact stress of it,it is obvious that the contact intensity of the tyre-roller is very important meaning to tyre. However, at present the size and the distributing rule of the stress are not formed a unity of understanding or attitude, which is still worthwhile for us to have a further discussion and study.This paper is based upon the scientific research on the tyre contact stress of 5 X 33M rotary kiln, with two-pass grate-rotary kiln as the subject ,and has an analysis and research on the contact stress of tyre and roller. Firstly, the paper introduced the working principle and device of the two-pass grate-rotary kiln and had an analysis method of mechanics of the tyre. We have put forward the finite element analysis of the contact stress of the tyre-roller based on the whole construction mode of shell-kiln liner-large gear-tyre-roller of the rotary kiln and obtained the strength and distributing rule of the tyre's contact stress. The research shows that within one week the contact stress mainly lies in two leading peak value and catastrophe which appear at the contact zone of the tyre and supporting roller. Then we regarded the tyre's stress as the test of unknown plane stress of principal stress. Utilizing mature and modern testing technology, we raised the testing principle and scheme of tyre stress and then had a on-the-spot test of the stress. Comparing the analysis result of the test with the one calculated from the finite element analysis, it proofed the rationality of finite element analysis method of integral modeling and the correctness of the contact stress result of the tyre and roller. Finally, for two-pass of similar rotary kilns, using the ANSYS APDL re-development technology, carried on the re-development about the overall finite element analytic method of the contact stress of tyre-roller.The research result of the thesis will further improve and perfect the analysis means of the contact intensity about the tyre-roller, the result can really be used in checking intensity and forecasting life of the tyre of the rotary kiln ,and can guide initial design and structure optimizing of tyre. |
