This paper starts a systematic study in order to propose the bridge deck waterproofing adhesive layer material performance index,structural design method and construction control technology for the region, the results not only solve the problem of bridge deck waterproofing of the region, but also complements the existing norms of the relevant provisions.Through the supply and the use survey of bridge deck waterproofing material in Guangdong,and the properties test of bridge deck waterproofing material, this paper select three representative waterproof material of FYT-1 modified waterproof coating, SBS modified bitumen macadam heat sealing layer, the rubber modified asphalt which are suitable for humid and rainy regions areas in Guangdong to do shear performance, drawing performance, fatigue, anti-damage performance of the construction test. Study the influence of dosage, temperature, depth of bridge deck construction and texture direction of different waterproof materials on layer stability through the indoor contrast test, recommend the optimum amount of waterproof material and the range of the depth of bridge deck construction; Design an impact test method, proposed impact resistance index of waterproof bonding layer; And using self-developed "multi-functional asphalt mixture dynamic permeable test instrument" to study the water permeability of different waterproof adhesive material under different water pressure and proposed impermeability index of different waterproof adhesive material. Based on the indoor test, also use limited motoko model to simulate stress state of bridge deck pavement system, and analysis of the influence of waterproof adhesive layer parameters on bridge deck pavement structure force, provide the theoretical guidance for design and construction.Finally, relying on Guangzhou belt highway longyan road deck bridge engineering, study the spraying, temperature control and construction quality inspection of SBS modified asphalt seal coat gravel synchronization and FYT-1 improved waterproof adhesive material. The results of this study can provide the selection and construction reference of bridge deck waterproofing adhesive layer materials for hot and humid rain-fed areas in southern China. |
