The damage of waterproof binding course is a major reason that causes the disease of asphalt mixture bridge pavement, it is one of the most valid measures that resolve the weak quality problem of cementing material to guarantee and improve the endurance of bridges. According to the characteristic of the waterproof material of our country, this paper analyses the problem of general waterproof material, studies the road performance of film waterproof material and synchronous crushed stone waterproof binding course, and presents improving method of " two asphalt a aggregate " for the first time.This paper investigates the typical structure and the disease of the domestic and international asphalt mixture bridge pavement, carries out the mechanics property analysis of asphalt mixture bridge pavement, determines the working state between layer, presents the quality control index of waterproof material. It lucubrates the road performance of film waterproof material and synchronous crushed stone waterproof binding course through shear test and pull-out test,presents the optimum dosage of waterproof material, contrasts the performance with other domestic general waterproof material. Aim at the shortage of synchronous crushed stone waterproof binding course, the paper presents "two Asphalt a Aggregate " and studies the road performance of " two Asphalt a Aggregate ". Finally the article also discusses the construction technology of waterproof binding course combined with entity project, this can be the reference of construction course.The research accomplishment of this paper resolves the weak quality problem of cementing material of asphalt mixture bridge pavement, has good practical value, it has certain guidance meaning for the option, quality detection and construction of waterproof binding material.
