Waterproof bonding layer is an important part of the bridge deck pavement structure,providing a non-permeable barrier for the bridge deck to assume the role of waterproofing and bonding in the pavement structure,which is one of the effective measures to ensure the performance of the bridge structure.At present for the bridge deck waterproofing binder layer research,although China has made some progress,but is not perfect,and the shear and slip diseases caused by the damage of the waterproof bonding layer are still relatively serious.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to conduct experimental research and reasonable selection of waterproof adhesive layer materials according to the characteristics of bridge structures.In this paper,the properties of four types of waterproofing adhesive materials,namely solvent-based asphalt Cati Coat,the compound material C+F of the hot-melt asphalt waterproofing material Fresh Coat and Cati Coat,methyl methacrylate waterproof material MMA,and epoxy asphalt EA were studied to assess their high and low temperature performance,tensile performance,impermeability,corrosion resistance,and aging resistance.Posi Test puller and universal testing machine were used to study the adhesion properties and shear resistancce of the four materials,recommenging a suitable coating volum rangeand and analyzing the influence of various factors on the adhesion properties and shear resistancce of waterproof bonding layer materials.A multi-objective intelligent gray target decision model is established to determine the bull’s-eye distance of the target effect and to preferably select the best waterproofing bonding material suitable for steel and cement concrete bridge decks.The research results show that four waterproofing bonding layer materials have good tensile properties,high temperature resistance,low temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,aging resistance and impermeability.The optimum application volum exists for the use of different waterproof bonding materials,with C recommended at 0.5-0.7kg/m~2,C+F recommended at 1.0-1.3kg/m~2,MMA recommended at 2.5-3.0kg/m~2 and EA recommended at0.5-0.7kg/m~2.An increase in the roughness of the interface can effectively enhance the shear strength of the waterproofing bonding layer material,with 0.1kg/m~2 of silica sand is recommended for steel bridge decks,and brushing is recommended for cement concrete decks.The road performance of the waterproof adhesive layer material is reduced to varying degrees by high temperature,water immersion,freeze-thaw cycle aging and chemical corrosion Using the multi-objective intelligent gray target decision-making model,it can be determined that the comprehensive performance of epoxy asphalt is the best when applied to steel bridge deck,and the comprehensive performance of solvent-based asphalt bonding material Cati Coat is the best when applied to cement concrete bridge deck. |
