With the continuous development of bridge construction method, improvement of the construction technology, large span bridge gradually increasing in the road, and Jing River Bridge and Lao Hugou Bridge are the outstanding representatives of them. As the key control projects, the two bridges located in the area where has hot summer, cold winter, big temperature difference, so they ask for high paving layer performance requirements. As the important part of bridge deck pavement, bridge deck waterproofing bond layer whose performance has a direct impact on the quality of bridge deck pavement. This paper adopts the system of bridge deck pavement mechanics to analysis, proposed the method of combining indoor test study and waterproof layer construction technology and quality control, to study the pavement of bridge deck waterproof layer.First of all, finite element method is used to calculate the waterproof adhesive layer of the maximum shear stress and tensile stress in this paper. In the calculation this paper study on the impact of the maximum shear stress and tensile stress coming from waterproof and cohesive layer modulus of asphalt pavement layer, thickness, thickness, modulus changes, provide the oretical guidance to the design and construction.And then, in the interior this paper had material properties, shear performance, tensile strength, impermeability test of five kinds of waterproof adhesive material which are AMP-100, AMP-QM, AMP-HB, GS, emulsified asphalt of raw. Shear test considering the factors of waterproof binding material’s type, quantity, structure depth, temperature; drawing test considering the factors of waterproof binding material’s type, dosage, temperature; impermeability test considering the factors of waterproof and cohesive material’s type, amount. A comprehensive analysis of five kinds of materials’properties, shear properties, tensile properties and impermeability, and combing the engineering practical conditions, recommend0.5kg/m2GS waterproof adhesive material as the waterproof adhesive layer of Jing River Bridge and Lao HUgou Bridge.In the end, based on a large number of test and study, combined the practical engineering, this paper studied the construction technology of GS, improved the construction technology and put forward the corresponding construction quality control standard.
