Entering the twenty-first century, with the rapid development of China's automobile industry, how to complete the mold design of auto parts high-quality and efficiently has become the important research direction of automobile industry .The wheel is one of the important basic parts of vehicles. Rapidly design the wheels that meet customer's requirements has become a major challenge which is the wheel manufacturer facing.This paper bases on parametric design theory as a foundation, through the research deformation rule with the structure of the wheel rim and processing, parametric design theory and fellow design will be unify in together, we develop rim mold parametric design system. First, we study the existing related theory and technology, and choose the right second development tools, develop language and database technology, etc. This paper designs the wheels and mold of parametric design system framework and mostly designs Solid Works software parametric design and the method second development, the deformation law of rim processing, combining previous proposed rim of rolling plasticity forming principle and volume invariably such gaps, and this paper puts forward the principle of rolling plasticity forming rims subsection volume equal principle of rim for further enhance machining accuracy. Second, we study the specific design process graph rim principle which is based on the above research, and then we implement the system, completing the rim process design, designing rim mold drawing, choosing the spokes mold and system of maintenance function.According to the requirements of the system, we construct the overall framework of the system and function modules. The development platform of graph is SolidWorks2009, and the secondary development platform of language is C#. On the secondary development of Solid Works software, we use the C # language to achieve the requirement of system parametric design. The data storage system is Access database; the way of data access is ADO.NET technology. On the design of the system, we fully use Object-oriented programming method, which can directly reflect the true features of the problem domain, it also has great scalability and maintainability, and it can reduce the development time and the work volume of maintenance in the future.The designs of the rim three times rolls of fractal process according to before and after the deformation overall principles, deformation occur in local principles and deformation clearance, the roller mold design according to the first roll forms the center of generated rim, second roll forms the shape, rim generated third roll forms the accurate size generated rim of principle. This paper studies the roll shape of three times the rims deformation ,the rim is divided into three parts: the left rim part, groove bottom part and right rim, then this paper puts forward the subsection part the principle of volume. This is not only ensuring the rim around the overall product remains deformation principle, and it improves the accuracy of rim design. Finally we take GB/T3484 15 degrees in 2005 as an example, and specify the rim in three rolling process is how to follow all of the principles.In the specific implementation of the system, the main problem is how to use C # language on the secondary development of SolidWorks, and how to develop a plug-ins which consistent the style of SolidWorks with property pages. We put control widget, such as labels, text boxes, select boxes, buttons and other control methods into the property pages, and what the reflection of Solid Works program is when users touch off these control widgets. According to the principle that the total volumes of the rim remain the same before and after changed, and the principle that deformation occurred in the portion, we design a specific algorithm of parametric rim parameter. Through the authentication of the 15 degree groove rim drawings which exist in the GB/T 3487-2005, it proves that the algorithm of rim segment size remains unchanged theory is correct. |
