Abstract/Summary:
Automatic control system of motor is widely used in machinery, steel, mining, metallurgical, chemical, petroleum, textiles, military and other industries. The vast majority of these industries use the motor for the original motivation, and DC servo motor speed control, because of its superior performance, are widely used. On the national economy is of great practical significance.With the power electronics technology, the development of microprocessor technology, as well as permanent magnet materials technology advances, DC motor speed control and servo motor system is the integration and control of digital direction. And pulse width modulation technology and the corresponding power switching circuit technology is the basis of the digital control.DC servo motor and CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device) development of the current situation and prospects at home and abroad, the paper has made the following aspects:First of all, a detailed analysis of the DC servo motor with CPLD status and prospects is made and believed that the speeding research of CPLD to DC servo motor has a very good study significance; Secondly, more in-depth description of the main characteristics of DC motor and the working principle and the use of this system to the DC servo motor, then description the working principle of the the encoder of the servo motor works. Then discussed the principle of control DC servo motor based on the CPLD, designing the power drive circuit, then it detailed the principle of the servo motor reversing, acceleration and deceleration and adjusting the angle, building this hardware platform based on it after that connecting the experimental circuit, using Verilog hardware description language programming and using PLD_JTAG download cable to the CPLD experimental version of the burning process, it made the DC servo motor reversing control, acceleration and deceleration control, adjusting the angle control. Overall, this paper finished the control system of DC servo motor based on CPLD, it achieved the design purpose. At the end of this article summarized the design adopted by the learned control knowledge, and looked forward to the future work.
