The Research And Development Of Network Communication Key Technology In Ship Navigation System

With the development of warship navigation system, the demand of system is becoming more and more exigent. Traditional way of communication can't reach the demand of data transmission. The flaw of traditional communication has seriously restricted the development of the navigation system. Therefore, the technology transformation and promotion are the urgent need of navigation system now.The paper is based on the understanding of traditional transmission mode, proposed a kind of new network technology, namely the union of Serial technology, CAN technology and Ethernet technology, effective complete the data transmission of system interior and exterior. And realize it through the software and hardware transformation.The dissertation consists of network technology analysis and research, hardware design, driver development. The work analyzed the CAN and the Ethernet technical characteristic, developed the network of navigation system and redundancy design according to the high reliability of warship demand, rebuilded the internal hardware architecture of the equipment. Completed the hardware design of CAN Bus communication card and Ethernet communication card based on PC/104. The driver compilation is completed under the Vxworks operating system. After the above work, carried on the test to the design communication card in the laboratory, and achieved the anticipated target.
