Preparation And Durability Of Bridge High Performance Concrete With Crushed Granite Aggregate

Granite is a plutonic igneous acidic, high strength and brittleness parent rock, crushed gravel after processing the value of large, flakiness ones, gravel quality in general. Is seldom used, the paper studied some problems of high-performance granite stone concrete used for bridgeIn the following good concrete durability, the early strength and elastic modulus of 7d tension requirement, for the coarse aggregate, water reducing agent of selection, the amount of cementitious material, gelling material system, aggregate system, and fiber content on concrete workability and mechanical properties of rules for the optimization of concrete mix design, construction techniques under the conditions proposed works with a recommended mix.In this paper, the concrete mix parameters, lithological permeability resistance of concrete impact, using chloride ion penetration method. By testing concrete chloride ion diffusion coefficient to study the durability of concrete de-icing salt spread in winter conditions. Frost resistance of concrete is mainly taken for two aspects:(1) Recommended with the ratio of antifreeze and mix with the other verified by comparing the freezing resistance;(2) With granite coarse aggregate,this paper studied the variation of concrete strength, and long-term performance, under the effect of temperature change.This paper studied the shrinkage performance of C55 high-performance concrete, compared to the amount of cement, cementitious material system, adding fiber and different lithology of coarse aggregate. The drying shrinkage performance of recommended mix concrete is also studied in this paper.Through this research, with granite stone, can be prepared the mechanical properties, durability and long-term shrinkage in good with the C55 high-performance concrete bridge.
