With the natural sand resource depletion,the application of the manufactured sand in mixed concrete has gradually developed.Manufactured sand is a kind of good alternative materials with high quality and low price but the waste residues produced through the production process raises a new environment problem.According to analysis,per ton manufactured sand will produce 10%-15% stone powder in production process.Limestone powder has gradually applied in mixed concrete and relevant national industry standards have been conducted while the application research of granite powder is very weak and with the lack of mature technology and application examples.Therefore,for the better use of granite powder and provide a technological support for the regeneration and application of granite powder,this paper does a systematically research on the concrete performance added granite powder,which mainly includes the following aspects:1.Study on the granite powder effect on the concrete performance in mixing periodTo search the fresh concrete added granite powder performance,designed and completed several concrete mixing period experiments including the fall and slump loss test,setting time test,water requirement test,bleeding rate test,concrete mixture gas content test,through which obtained several performance index and the performance rule of fresh concrete with different content granite powder,which provides a technical reference for the rational use of granite powder.2.Study on the granite powder effect on concrete performance in hardening periodTo study the mechanical performance of hardened concrete ad ded granite powder,design and completed hardened granite powder concrete compressive strength and flexural strength test,obtained mechanical performance rule of concrete with different content granite powder in hardening period,which provides experimental support to the rational use of granite powder.3.Study on the influence of granite powder on concrete durability performanceTo study the durability performance of granite powder concrete,designed and completed several durability tests of granite powder concrete in service period including water penetration resistance test,resistance to chloride ion penetration test,early cracking test,frost resistance test,shrinkage test,through which obtained rule of different content of granite powder effect on concrete durability performance which provides further experimental support to the rational use of granite powder.Finally,choose different types of entity engineering to study the application of granite powder concrete,and verify the safety and progressiveness of granite powder blending technology through the monitoring of granite powder concrete construction and testing after casting,and gives the granite powder concrete engineering cost analysis for its further application.
