With the development of the construction industry, building sand is used largely,and the river sand resources are becoming lesser, mechanism sand is imperative insteadof river sand. The Qingdao area is mainly granite stone, mechanism of sand productionwill produce powder around10%, if not to use, will accumulate occupied land, reducesthe activity space, is not conducive to the beautification of the city, and may at anytime by the wind blowing dust, the formation of dust weather, not only pollute the air,but also a serious threat to the human health.In this paper, based on the idea of making full use of the resources, make use ofgranite stone powder used as a series of experimental research work of concreteadmixture and preparation of aerated concrete, foamed cement materials. After the testsystem, investigated the effect of the admixture of granite powder on the properties ofthe product, the optimum dosage range of granite powder in concrete, aerated concreteand foam cement, thereby not affecting the properties of products, can the expectedgoal of maximum use of granite powder.Research related to granite powder used as admixture of concrete: cementitiousmaterials dosage were350kg/m3,400kg/m3,450kg/m3, granite powder and powder toreplace part of cement respectively, and studied the granite powder and powdercomposite use effect. Experiments show that, three mixed mode will reduce theconcrete3d,7d,14d compressive strength, and enhanced effect on28d compressivestrength of concrete. Through test comparison, anti carbonation performance ofoptimal single mixed granite powder concrete, the optimum content is10%.Related research on powder preparation of aerated concrete with granite: granitepowder dosage of fly ash0%,25%,50%,75%and100%, amount of aluminiumpowder used as cementitious materials1.2per thousand, water cement ratio is0.6,0.63and0.65for test, explore variation table dry density and compressive strength ofgranite, determine the maximum content of stone powder. Tests showed that the lessactive components of granite powder, particles relatively large, can not fully participate in the hydration reaction, so the granite stone powder can produce micro aggregateeffect in mortar, play the skeleton supporting function. The suitable dosage of granitepowder aerated concrete should be controlled within25%.Related research on powder preparation of foaming cement material: GraniteGranite in the limestone powder content accounted for0%of the total amount ofcementitious materials,5%,10%,15%,20%,25%and30%, respectively in the granitepowder doped, granite powder and fly ash mixing ratio, foaming agent dosage ofcementitious materials3.5%. Water cement ratio is0.7for test. By analyzing thevariation rules of table dry density, compressive strength, determine the maximumdosage of granite stone powder is20%. When the ratio of water in0.7~0.9gel,foaming agent is in the3.5%~4%, the compressive strength of products in0.41~0.58MPa between dry density in202.2~234.2kg/m3than in0.7~0.8; when thewater adhesive, foaming agent dosage on4.5%~5%, product strength between0.25~0.28MPa, dry density in186.9~201.3kg/m3. Material dry density decreases withthe increase of the amount of foaming agents, and with the increase of water binderratio decreases first and then increases, and finally tends to be stable. Stomatal apertureproducts also increased with the increase of the amount of blowing agent and biggerhole diameter between0.5~1.5mm. With water binder ratio increases, the holediameter increased slightly, but the magnitude of the increase was not significant.
