In order to alleviate the scarcity of gravel for construction,Broaden the aggregate types of High Performance Concrete.This paper is focus on the Mix design method of High Performance Concrete(HPC),which is made up with granite aggregate. Reasonable and accurate applying Mix design,not only can remedy the raw material performance defects,but also can reduce the construction difficulty of follow-up process,enhance production efficiency and quality of concrete.Therefore,we study on the Mix design method of high performance concrete based on granite aggregate which adapt to the physical and chemical characteristics of granite.This paper based on the experimental study and theoretical analysis methods,The main research content is as follows:(1)Collect granite rock samples in Yanshan north and southern margin area of Inner Mongolia plateau.Test the physical and mechanical properties and chemical compositions of the samples,Using the method of cluster analysis,Classifying granite rock sample;Scientific and reasonable sums up the characteristics of granite stone.(2)Analyzed the influence of W/B、dosage of mineral admixture and paste-aggregate ratio on the strength、chloride diffusion coefficient and durable index of concrete which be made up with type B granite aggregate,and the durability prediction equations are summarized.(3)Analyzed the Influence of total alkali content of granite HPC on Alkali-aggregate reaction and chloride diffusion coefficient in different temperature & humidity.Summarizes the limiting value of total alkali content of concrete under different environmental.(4)Apply the durability prediction function and total alkali content limiting value of concrete to the mix design of granite HPC,study on the method of granite mix design of high performance concrete which base on durability.The research results of this article can be reference for the further study and guidance of the engineering practice of the granite high performance concrete.
