| Tire Pressure monitor system (TPMS) is mainly used to monitor tire pressure when running. While the tire is pressure abnormality, higher tempter and lower quantity of electricity, the system alarm. This system can prevent the traffic accident by the tires and ensure the traffic safety.Firstly this paper contrasted the development of the domestic and foreign car tire pressure monitoring system, analyzed trend of this development. Secondly, through the scheme of communication and sensors determined the plan. This paper introduced the modules of hardware in detail, related the principles of TPMS. This system would have higher accuracy and lower error by using the FSK modem technique and CRC coder. The paper emphatically introduced the principles ofμC/OS-ⅡOS (operating system). It could transplant the code in the processor of LM3S1138 by using theμC/OS-ⅡOS. The modules of master and touch-screen control were analyzed in detail.At last but not least a set of TPMS had been made on that basis. The static and dynamic tests had been tested by the conditions. The experiments made us known using this scheme of TPMS that can be satisfying to the requirements, have better stability and stronger anti-interference ability. |
