Traffic accidents due to tires explosion increases, together with length of highway growth and automobile speed increase, traffic accidents draw more and more attention. According to a recent survey, about 70% or 80% of the traffic accident in the highway are caused by tires explosion. The tires pressure real-time monitoring and controlling system (TPMCS) can monitor the condition of tires and choose the measure in time to avoid the happen of accidents. Therefore, The tires pressure real-time monitoring and controlling system is becoming the new focuses of the developing Automobile-electron.This dissertation is an important part of the program"synthetical monitoring and controlling system of Automobile"of the contract number 2003ZD38, Which belongs to Chongqing Institute of technology. TPMCS of a running car can real-timely monitor the conditions of the pressure and temperature changing of tires, and instantly display the data in LCD. If the tire has gone into certain dangerous conditions, TPMCS will give an alarm by sound and light to the driver, at the same time, TPMCS will predict possible accident.According to the synthesis analysis on the realism requirement and technique feasibility of the tire safety monitoring and controlling, we designed the tires pressure real-time monitoring and controlling system. This paper constructs a experimental device by using sensor testing technology, single-chip virtual realization technology embed system and wireless communication technology.Experiment emulation and prototype text show that TPMCS can satisfy the requirements of the running cars. The system the paper given can not only be used in TPMCS, but also be used in other field universally, such as wireless water and power meter, wireless device monitoring and home automation.
