Study On The Landscape And Envierenment Control Of Peripheral Of Urban Park's Construction Land

City Park is a metropolitan area's "lung", a window of a city, a garden for citizens. City Park plays a very important role in cultural, economic, environment and sustainable development. With the development of the city, more and more people concern about the City Park's own design quality, but neglect urban park's controlling, which reduce the level of urban design New building, traffic congestion, pollution of the factories etc. pose a threat to city park. If we do not control effectively, the function of city parks will underminesin slowly with the urbanization process. In order to control surrounding landscape and environment of the constructive city effectively, managing, controlling, and protecting much better to the landscape management of urban parks, we bring up the topics that the control of the surrounding landscape and construction environment of the city park.At first, this paper studies the surrounding landscape construction scope of urban parks, and analyses the environment to the city park with landscape ecology,sight distance,noise control,landscape viewing requirements and relevant regulatory requirements. In a view of the city park, refer to City Park, the radiation field, which includes all of the impact of urban parks and the environment surrounding the scope of construction land.Then this paper analysis the elements that affect the landscape of urban parks and the environment surrounding the construction land. There are six points:First, a construction-related control (control of building height, color, the volume of construction objects, buildings aesthetics, the overall shape of the building, building control context, the building facade, forms, back offshore, construction pitch);the second, the analysis of the used land; the third, the e control of the volume of the environments (volume control, building density, green land rate);the fourth, traffic control; the fifth, the control of the urban design guidance (the city overlooking the landscape, urban visual corridor, urban context, advertising logo); last, the control of the parks itself above all, the function of the city park has played the better role.Finally, the article analysis the problems with the specific cases, Tian xin Park and martyrs park, as examples. In order to find the reference of the control methods, we determine the scope of construction land, analysis the specific control targets, introduce the overall planning of design projects.In a word, this article analysis the problems of the controlling land and environmental surrounding the building in Chang sha city park, and puts forward a lot of specific control indicators. With the hope that attentions of the landscape planning and management are concerned, the relevant control regulations are enacted early, the constraints surrounding the construction of city park land are restrained, which build Changsha much better.
