Temporary Landscape Optimization Study Of Unused Land In The Han Chang’an City Site Area

At present,the protection of large sites in China is undergoing a transformation stage from salvage archaeological preservation to innovative display of cultural relics,from the traditional single restricted cultural relics protection unit to the national archaeological site park serving the public,no longer stuck in the past restricted protection,but around the characteristics of large sites to make it from "preservation"to "In this stage,the conservation of major sites is no longer confined to the restrictive conservation of the past.At this stage,the protection and utilization of major heritage sites is not only professional in the field of cultural preservation but also popular in the sense that it is shared by all people.From this,we can see that the protection of great sites in China has entered a new stage of development and transformation.It is no coincidence that the Han Chang’an City,the most representative and typical city site in China,is also facing a critical transition period.In order to protect the integrity and authenticity of the site to the greatest extent possible,the Han Chang’an City site has long adhered to the principle of static protection,which ensures the safety of the site while also restricting the daily production and living behavior of villagers in the site,which has led to the low utilization rate of the site,the lack of cultural atmosphere and serious population loss.In order to break this situation,the 14 th Five-Year Plan proposes to establish the National Great Site Protection Special Zone of Han Chang’an City,which is a comprehensive project integrating cultural relics protection,cultural heritage,tourism development and rural revitalization.In this context,as an important material basis for the future sustainable development of the site area,how to improve the land utilization rate and alleviate the phenomenon of land idleness has become an urgent problem to be solved.By summarizing the theoretical research and practical experience on the revitalization and utilization of idle land,this study explores the feasible ways to revitalize the utilization of idle land in the site area,taking into account the causes,current situation and categories of idle land in the site area.By introducing the concept of temporary landscape,this study attempts to revitalize the use of idle land from the perspective of landscape gardening discipline and stimulate the inherent vitality of the site area,thus promoting the flourishing development within the Han Chang’an City site area,which in turn leads to the synergistic development of the site area and the surrounding areas.The research content of this paper mainly includes:(1)proposing relevant research theories,summarizing and analyzing the relevant literature on the revitalization and utilization of unused land and temporary landscape creation in recent years,as well as the relevant research developments in the Han Chang’an City site area,so as to pave the way for the subsequent research;(2)combing relevant literature with on-site research to summarize the causes,classification and basic characteristics of unused land in the site area in detail.Through spatial quantification analysis,we obtained the vegetation coverage rate of the site area during the eight years from 2014 to 2021,and summarized the temporal and spatial changes of the idle land,so as to obtain more comprehensive information on the idle land;(3)with the objectives of revitalization and efficiency enhancement,we constructed an evaluation system for screening the idle land in the site area,and conducted initial and secondary screening of the idle land.(4)On the basis of the above,we introduce the concept of temporary landscape,adopt different revitalization strategies for different types of idle land,propose concepts for the revitalization of idle land in the site area in terms of overall planning and individual design,and discuss the difficulties and challenges that may be encountered in the future development of temporary landscape of idle land.The thesis is discussed.Finally,the thesis is summarized as a whole,and the shortcomings of the thesis are analyzed,as well as the prospects for the development of the research on the idle land in the Han Chang’an City site area.
