Research On New Construction Design Of Chinese Public Libraries

With the society's common goal to become an affluent society in the new century, in the recent years, Chinese public libraries are entering into a new stage. Since Chinese public libraries have the important influence on ethic building, new constructions of public libraries are quite attracting. This paper is studying the current public libraries'environment to understudying public libraries'basic issues;It is researching on the influence on design of new construction by new technologies and new concepts discussing the new construction of public libraries;Then, it is analyzing the internal and external construction environments design, to discuss how to successfully achieve each internal and external system;By comparing with two similar cases, to analyze new ideas and new technology in public in the new building design specific implementation;At last, it defines the necessary idea and consideration for public library, to better provide qualified customer service.
