Exploration Towards Present Status Of Gardening Education In Art Colleges

With the development of society as well as the improvement of people's living standard, more and more attention is being paid to gardening, and therefore it is essential to establish gardening specialty in colleges in today's China. However, colleges covering such fields still have large space to improve themselves such as improper educational system, poor curriculum designing as well as lack of their own characteristics. Based on the factors mentioned above, the author of the thesis makes an exploration into the present gardening education in China and puts forward the idea of carrying on our great traditional and absorbing those abroad so as to improve the gardening education in our colleges.This paper is composed of four partsPart I: explained the concept of gardening and garden art production, the evolution history of the development to proceed, professional education landscape in three parts, introduced the origin and development process, clarify the basic education development in the Chinese garden structure and direction.Part II: institutions of higher learning through the various types of gardens on the current status of professional education, research, analysis to identify the current landscape of various types of professional education universities in the number of co-existence of common problems.Part III: The Garden of foreign universities and similar institutions of professional education and research, explore and summarize the characteristics of their professional education garden.Part IV: Teaching with relatively advanced, professional education universities in our country garden in common problems and seek to work with the Chinese foreign and blend existing methods of teaching experience, they build both academic characteristics reflect more with Chinese characteristics Strong scientific, wide adaptability, higher professional education in landscape mode feasibility.
