At present,the training of construction machinery professionals from quantity to quality cannot meet the development needs of the industry,The cultivation of its talents also needs to be completed through the teaching of the school system.After in-depth enterprise research,we found that there is still a big gap between the curriculum teaching and the demand for jobs.How to improve the quality of personnel training in construction machinery? Based on this kind of thinking,this thesis takes the professional engineering machinery application and maintenance major as the research object,and starts with the course construction,It is proposed to change the teaching mode of the course by constructing an integrated course group(hereinafter referred to as the integrated course group)that integrates the connotation of job-oriented and ability-oriented "post,ability,course".Take this as a research idea to improve the training quality of engineering machinery professionals.This thesis mainly completes the research work through the following steps: Firstly,By combing the literature,Organize and analyze the research status,ideas and construction methods of domestic and foreign curriculum group construction,Provide theoretical basis and reference for building an integrated curriculum group;Secondly,by analyzing the connotation relationship between jobs,abilities and courses,and determining the choice of course content based on the knowledge structure,skills and quality requirements corresponding to job abilities,design core courses for engineering machinery majors to optimize the course structure;Thirdly,Decompose the job ability to correspond to the progressive ability development level of the students in the school year,The "four-level" integrated curriculum group for the job is designed,and Select teaching items from the actual work tasks of construction machinery to realize the cultivation of students in different levels;Then,according to the characteristics of the integration of engineering and learning reflected in the integrated curriculum group,the teaching plan is designed based on the principle of "work process orientation",the teaching process is designed with the concept of "Teacher-led,student-centered",Taking the actual maintenance task of "excavator can't move" as an example,it is designed as a teaching project and applied to teaching.At the same time,through the teaching team,build a platform for teacher communication such as collective lesson preparation,teaching and research activities,so that teachers can learn from each other and promote each other,Form a teaching model of teaching,learning,research and integration,Integrate student training and teacher improvement;Then,by comparing the changes in the knowledge,skills,and quality of the students before and after the integration of the curriculum group,Examined the achievements of the integration of the curriculum group,identify deficiencies and make continuous improvements.In today's important period of coexistence of opportunities and challenges,connotation construction is the fundamental element that promotes the development of vocational education.This paper starts from the connotation construction of curriculum teaching to build an integrated curriculum group oriented to jobs,which helps vocational schools to solve the contradiction between curriculum teaching and enterprise employment needs,and is beneficial to vocational schools to train students' comprehensive professional ability,and reflects the advanced concept of modern vocational education.
