Research On Planning Of The Technical Region Highway Network

This paper is discussing and researching from five aspects on planning and optimization of the technical region highway networks around the city. First of all, we systematically expounded China's industrial park road , the regulation of the status quo, the traffic and traffic characteristics, then analyzed and summed up the cause of problems and the formation of description; The second section sets used in this article on the traffic, accessibility, and regulatory aspects of the relevant theory, thereby laying the theoretical basis. In the third section, we combined GIS and MAPINFO, electronic maps and other tools and software to road network planning and optimization in Shenyang Economic Development Zone, planned the further expand the road space; Finally, the article discusses the planning of the urban road network structure and function of neighboring industrial park impact evaluation system, with a view that future work can learn from them.
