How to continue the sustainable development?people devote their desire to the ocean.In our country,the abundant marine resources and wide space are an important foundation of sustainable economic and social development.However,when it makes great contributions to our country's economy,on the other hand,the population of marine ecological environment has been growing worse.To some degree,this has threatened health of human and reduces the ability to maintain the development of society.All of the above can be showed as follows:diversitis of marine animals,rising of sea level,nutritious problems and frequent disasters and survival of animals disappearing.The courses are multiple,for example.pressure of resources,tendency towords city,ideological factors and insufficient denomination of market and government.It is important for us to realize these problems so that we can take measures to serve Marine ecosystems.As a means of adjusting concerning benefits,marine ecological compensation has become the realistic choice to adapt the economy to the marine ecological protection and sustainable development to use environment resources.In the 1980s,our country has the quest of marine ecological compensation.With the worse development of marine ecology,people have increased their demands on it.Our country has formed the plan.Many policies show how marine ecological compensation has been used in marine ecological protection,for instance,the policy of pouring wastes with payment,right season for fishing,limited quotes of fishing and building natural habitats,and so forth.If we want to solve the problems of marine ecology and have marine resources used efficiently and reasonably,we must realize some shortcomings in our policies,then seek the ways.Ecological compensation is a complex project,so first we face three basic problems:who compensate who,how to compensate and how much to compensate.When looking back at the policy,we find it has these problems:lack of specialized policy,shortage of laws,lack of some relating people to participate and compensation depending on only funds rather than its progress.As a result,this can't satisfy the ecological construction and the needs to develop economy.In fact,our country should decide the general policies in marine ecological compensation.Besides,the administrative and institutional departments should use government's and marketing strategies to strengthen the education of marine ecological compensation.In addition,the public should pay much attention to this.At the same time,studying its theories and experiences of marine ecological compensation is very significant.
