Structure Design And Analysis Of Coater Head And Dispenser Head Used In PDP Panel's Production

As the important equipments in AC-PDP panal's production, both Coater and Dispenser are used for making the dielectric, the barrier rib and the phosphor layer. Coater head and Dispenser head are key components of Coater and Dispenser, the structure design of them makes a direct impact on the quality of the layer formed by coating and phosphor layer.This thesis expounds and proves the structure design of Coater head and Dispenser head, and presents the 2D and 3D models by using AUTOCAD and PRO/E tools. According to micro-fluent theory, the motion state of fluid flow though a rectangular micro channel is analyzed in the paper, also the pan model of the phosphor layer is established, and the head dimensions are determined by them. Based on theoretical mechanics, mechanics of materials and mechanical design, the structural stress of Coater head and Dispenser head is analyzed, and the structural stress analyzed by ANSYS is also presented.
