Separator head is an important part of printing machine.Its performance directly affect the the accuracy of printing machine.Based on the analysis of the existing separator head working with vacuum sucker,designs a vacuum sucker,and presents two structural design schemes that matches with the trajectory paper absorption,and to compare this two designs by using the static analysis,dynamic analysis,and the simulation calculation.According to the calculation of reliability,completed the follow-up aided design.The outline of this thesis is as follows:Chapter 1,summarizes the composition and function of separator head of printing machine,expatiates the main problems in design of separator head,introduces the research methods of common agencies about separator head,and puts forward the object and target of this research,namely,the innovative design and experimental study of separator head in printing machine.Chapter 2,illustrates the design of a sucker with no vacuum source,proves the principle of sucker,and the design of the sucker entity,shows the calculation of the theoretical adsorption abilities of sucker.Manufacturing the sucker and testing the actual adsorption ability.Chapter 3,shows two different designs of separator head,choosing the appropriate CAM motion and design the structure of crank block that conforms to the suction paper trajectory,analyzing the dynamics performance of the CAM and the crank slider,including static analysis,dynamic analysis and simulation calculation.Chapter 4,through analyzing the motion precision calculation,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of these two schemes,according to the calculation of reliability,then complete the follow-up aided design.Chapter 5,summary and scope.
