With the development of advanced manufacturing industry in our country,the shape of the parts precision and the accuracy requirement of the position is becoming more and more higher.It is a growing demand for complex body parts,such as gearbox,engine box and other important occasions.So is performance of complex box body parts also put forward higher requirements.Complex body parts is one of the important parts,machine and its basic components of shaft,bearing,gear sets and spare parts according to certain position relationship and assemble into a whole,and its movement is a predetermined transmission relationship coordination,complex box parts processing quality not only affects the whole machine assembly precision and accuracy,but also affect the use performance and service life of the machine.There is a lot of machining process in the traditional processing of complex body parts,workpiece need to clamp for many times and it will cause the workpiece coordinate system different in the process of machining to clamp in different machine,which leads to complex body parts location precision is difficult to grasp,to the late assembly difficult.Head library type CNC gantry machining center is a "process" of the machine tool equipment,it is based on the CNC gantry machining center and develops on the basis of it,it has a CNC gantry machining center of big span,high efficiency,good stiffness,the milling,drilling,expanding,boring,reaming,economic,and "process centered" technology function such as tapping.Head library type CNC gantry machining center with a head library,to achieve "horizontal boring and milling" and "vertical boring and milling" conversion processing function,and it can ensure the position precision of complex box body parts,such as position accuracy of requirements.Head library type CNC gantry machining center spindle and horizontal connection parts of the spindle head adopts four auxiliary hydraulic cylinder as a tension device,and which makes the horizontal spindle head and machine tool into an organic whole in every processing position,so head library type CNC gantry machining center of good rigidity,and it can use large cutting capacity during processing,and then improving the workpiece machining efficiency,reducing the large box body parts processing costs,improving machining precision parts.Head library type CNC gantry machining center will be widely used in machinery,chemical industry,automobile and aerospace and other industrial fields.In order to improve the position precision of the complex box parts processing,it is necessary to improve the structure of nc machine tools and innovation.So this article systemly research of the nc machine tools at home and abroad of knife library,rotary table and the Angle head,five-axis linkage CNC machine tools and machining center of the five structure,and in view of the complex body parts hard to ensure the position precision of problem,and putting forward the use of CNC gantry machining center of head library to accomplish complex body parts processing,head of library type CNC gantry machining center are analyzed possible problems and reasons of machining in the process,and which is processing technology of doing well the preparation work of theory for processing complex body parts in the head library type CNC gantry machining center.In order to greatly improve head library type CNC gantry machining center processing range,the horizontal spindle head rotation function is designed in this paper.Transferring through the horizontal spindle head around the Z axis of rotation and the accurate positioning,process various aspects(with horizontal spindle vertical plane)of complex box.Because of only having machining spindle head replacement in the process and horizontal spindle head in the direction of rotation,not clamp again for complex box workpiece,so it can improve the position precision of the parts.In order to validate the head library type CNC gantry machining center is practical,this article is based on the forming of machined part of the process,established instance on the head library the machine type CNC gantry machining center,and the casing mechan00000ical parts clamping positioning,and demo head library type CNC gantry machining center processing procedure.In the process of horizontal spindle head design,based on finite element workbench software to complete a pair of arc bevel gear tooth contact stress and bending stress analysis.On the basis of numerical simulation,when the arc bevel gears in the head library type CNC gantry machining center,it can get efficiency cutting,getting better lower noise,for stamping technology of complex box body,providing a basis for the optimization of process parameters.The library system is needed for the normal operation in the library type CNC gantry machining center machine.Based on the casing mechanical parts,in the head library type CNC gantry machining center on the forming process,the processing of machined part of the characteristic and the replacement of the realization of the spindle head movement,this article preliminary design out of the head library type the whole equipment structure of the CNC gantry machining center.and emphasis design the structure of the removable nipple institutions and horizontal spindle head.The machine tool movement is made by Solidworks simulation to verify that the design of the device can achieve predetermined action,The machine tool movement can meet the using demand,for the head library type CNC gantry machining center of optimization design and manufacturing to provide technical support as a whole.
