Study On Evaluation Of Eco-city In Shijiazhuang

On July 17,2007, the plan of Eco-City of Shijiazhuang was approved by experts. The plan contains the train of ecological development of the provincial capital from 2006 to 2020, including the economy, society, environment and so on, and finally makes provincial capital become a new Shijiazhuang with the character of mountains and rivers of rural area in yan and zhao distinct. The Quality Evaluation of Eco-City and Application Research are critical component of the eco-city theory. The scientific, rational and practical Quality Evaluation Index System of Eco-City, in accordance with scientific intension and internal requirements of eco-city theory play the theoretical and practical role in standardization of eco-city construction and quantitative assessment on eco-city development. The appraisal of ecological city is an important, indispensable component in the urban theory frame of the ecology.This text combines the plan of Eco-City of Shijiazhuang and ecological county, ecological city, ecological province construction index (revised draft) that issued by national environmental protection department newly, and bases on actual conditions of Shijiazhuang, describes the current study situation both at home and abroad; the research purpose,meaning of this subject at first, the main content of the text, research approaches and innovations, Then introduces the general theory of the Quality Evaluation of Eco-City, mainly including content and features of Eco-City, Evaluation of the basic theory and methods,the choosing of the index, the construction of Index System and so on; then Qualitatively introduces ecological regime of Shijiazhuang city from the aspects of economic development, social development and environmental protection first, then uses Analytical Hierarchy Process analyzes the ecological regime of Shijiazhuang from 2001 to 2008, and obtains the comprehensive ecological indexes of 8 years, sustainable degree of the economic, social, environmental subsystems. In order to study its development trend, the text carries on longitudinal research on the comprehensive ecological index and sustainable degree and analyzes its trend, probes the reasons that lead to change. Finally, the text bases on the results of quantitative evaluation, analyzes the problems that may exist in the course of the construction of Eco-City of Shijiazhuang and gives some suggestions that may solve the problems.The text proceeds from actual conditions of Shijiazhuang, sets up the index system and mathematical model, and has a qualitative evaluation and a quantitative evaluation, hopes to give some realistic directions in the course of the construction of Eco-City of Shijiazhuang from now on.
