| With the deepening of scientific and technological revolution, human beings'capacity of conquering nature is increasingly stronger. Modern industrial civilization has given rise to unprecedented progress for human society. However, the inherent flaws are also revealed, mainly shown as ecological, environmental and resource pressures'gradual increase, and the sustainable development issues of society.The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China includes "Promoting an ecological civilization" as an important part of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. Construction of ecological civilization is the inevitable trend of the development of human civilization, and also the inherent requirement of the scientific outlook on development. Ecological civilization symbolizes the level of awakening and practice human groups have reached in dealing with the relationship between human themselves and nature. Promoting the construction of ecological civilization, not only has far-reaching influences on China's own development, but also gives new meanings and proposes new requirements to eco-morals, which is put forward by the Chinese people when facing the increasingly serious global issues of ecological environment. The great historical mission of constructing ecological civilization has put forward practical requirements of accelerating the pace of constructing eco-morals, and enhancing the level of eco-morals construction. As eco-morals are the ethical foundation of ecological civilization, eco-morals construction is a basic project of ecological civilization construction.At this stage, the theoretical study of constructing ecological morals (eco-morals) in our country is relatively insufficient. Theoretical study is out of touch with social practice. Therefore, it's of great significance to strengthen the theoretical and practical study of the construction of eco-morals. On the basis of summarizing our predecessors'theories, this paper attempts to work out the existing problems, analyze the reasons and put forward possible solutions, in order to pave way for the further practice of the construction of eco-morals. The topic of this paper is based on the needs of social and ecological civilization. Choosing the relationship between man and nature as a starting point, this paper develops the discussion of the construction of eco-morals. From a philosophical perspective, we are going to make reflections about the disharmony between man and nature caused by human society in the process of economic development. The paper expands the category of morals from man and man, man and society to man and nature, expecting to eliminate the phenomenon of disharmony essentially by means of. morals. To perfect eco-morals construction is an arduous task. The basic approach is to improve the eco-moral awareness of the party and government organs, enterprises and other social organizations, as well as individual citizens, to focus on the practice of eco-morals, to strengthen the legal protection of eco-morals construction, to build eco-morals construction system, and to establish evaluation criteria for eco-morals. It is also necessary to change the sources of ecological crisis, such as the current lifestyle of high-carbon and high consumption in society, the development paths of quick success, and etc.This paper puts emphasis on the "between man and nature" relationship in the evolution of human civilization. It makes a comprehensive analysis of the changes of the relationship between man and nature from primitive civilization to modern civilization. Dialectical analysis of ecological civilization is in line with new forms of social development in China. Eco-morals construction is an important way to achieve ecological civilization. To perfect eco-morals construction, we need to improve ecological awareness in the whole society, strengthen eco-morals practice, improve the eco-morals mechanism, and thus achieving sustainable development of human beings.
