| To be harmonious between people and nature is one important part of building socialist harmonious society. Both of law and morals are needed to build up the harmonious relationship between people and nature. The concordance of society would surely go down to be unimaginable situation if there were no morals codes and principles of one's inner life and self-discipline to be subconscious adjustment, but only depending on outer regulated principles of policies, rules and laws, etc. Starting from the aspects of environmental mentality and environmental morals, this paper has stated the processes of environmental mentality of emerging and developing, its fundamental connotation and its features, and environmental morals and its connotation and features at first. Secondly, the definition, types and the basic features of environmental morals mentality were introduced. It is believed that the environment morals mentality is comprised of its mental processing structure of individual and its mental tendency structure of individual. The mental processing structure of individual is the functional system to ensure the activities of environmental morals, which includes the cognition, affection and will processes. The mental tendency structure of individual is the elective system of individual's environmental morals, which mainly includes the needs, ideals and belief of environmental morals, and senses of obligation, responsibility and conscience emerged from that. It is the inner blueprint and plane before taking the deed of individual's environmental morals, is the main feature of metal environmental morals, the direction system of environmental morals of individual's deed. Thirdly, the paper stated the scientific recognizing of the relationship of people and nature, which disclosed the practical significance of acknowledging the danger of resources and environment. Fourthly, it emphasized on strengthening environmental morals education, and pointed out to improve the level of environmental morals mentality is an important measure to implement scientific development idea to achieve the socialist society development strategy. The fifth, a way of improving the level of the environmental morals mentality of all the people is drawn up in this paper. |
