The Study Of Air-exhaust Method Of Formaldehyde Emission Of Wood-based Panel

This topic introduced a real environment and pollution-free testing method——air-exhaust method.This paper analyzed the working principle of air-exhaust method and procedures of the air-exhaust testing machine.Explored the influences of the moisture content,density,thickness and time on the values of air-exhaust method;a linear correlation between the air-exhaust method and the perforate extraction method is established.This article laid the theoretical foundation to standards of air-exhaust method.This paper will be benefit to produce Criterion of he acts of wood-based panel production,It will be more significant to improve the interior air quality and the living standards of people.(1)The process of air-exhaust method did not produce any secondary pollutants,which was no harmful to the operator and the environment.It is automatic controlled to the testing temperature,pressure and time,therefore,the process was with high safety and reliability. Air-exhaust method was testing the formaldehyde content released by wood-based panel,so the requirements are according with the actual use of wood-based panel.(2)When the moisture content was between 5%and 10%,with the increase of moisture content,the values of air-exhaust method of MDF were in upward trend.The correct modulus was expressed as:F_6.5=2.42e(-0.130w);With the increase of thickness,the value of air-exhaust method of MDF was in upward trend;While the density of MDF in between 0.69g/cm³ and 0.91 g/cm³,With the increase of the density of MDF,the value of air-exhaust method of MDF was in upward trend;when the air-exhaust testing time changed from 1h to 6h,With the increase of thickness,the value of air-exhaust method of MDF was significantly increased.(3)With different densities,MC and thickness of MDF and PB,a linear correlation between the air-exhaust method and the perforate extraction method is established,and the linear correlation is:y=9.078x-1.1752(y:perforate extraction value;x:the air-exhaust value).On the other hand,we find that the values of air-exhaust method and the perforate extraction method of MDF and PB were in upward trend,With the increase of moisture content.
