Nowadays,indoor surroundings quality influences people's comfort,health and productivity.Although the composite wood products decorated living environment,which is the main cause of indoor environment pollution,the pollution of free formaldehyde has attracted widespread attention.This paper focused on the influence of formaldehyde release about different adhesive,temperature,humidity,air exchange rate and board quality.Chamber method,which is used to measure formaldehyde emission of composite wood products.we choose three different kind of adhesives,such as,Urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive,phenolic resin adhesive and melamine-formaldehyde resin adhesive,then selected the adhesive which formaldehyde release is the least to make different wood-based composites such as block board,particleboard,MDF,laminate floor and layer parquet,at last analysis of temperature,humidity,air exchange rate and the plate quality to the influence of formaldehyde release and perform experiments.The sampling of three kinds of adhesives used for determination of formaldehyde release in the sample room,first of all we use Air sampling pump to calibrate(use soap film meter),then sampled with the parallel sampling method and compared with the concentration of the outdoor,at last records of indoor and outdoor temperature and atmospheric pressure.24 families divided into three groups,total of 7 times.To measure the influence of temperature,humidity,air exchange rate and board quality to different kinds of wood based panel,s formaldehyde release.Set up the six different temperature 15 ?,18 ?,21 ?,24 ?,27 ? and 30 ?,five plates are sampling in seven humidity 30%,40%,45%,50%,60%,70%,80%.The air exchange rate of climate chamber set to 0.25,0.5,1,1.5,four air exchange rate were determined.Determine the different plate quality to the influence of the formaldehyde to choose high,medium and low the three kinds of wood based panel class.According to the decoration,the use of artificial plate type into phenolic resin plate group(A group)melamine resin plate group(B group)and urea formaldehyde resin plate group(C group).The results showed that the levels of indoor formaldehyde exposure in A group and B group were significantly higher than those in C group,and the average concentration of formaldehyde was the highest in the first monitoring,and it was significantly lower than that in the C group after 7 times.The A group used the phenolic resin as adhesive board,after the decoration,the indoor formaldehyde concentration is at a low level,and the 91 d can be reduced to the national standard value of the following.In these three,the phenol formaldehyde resin adhesive and melamine resin adhesive is better,urea formaldehyde resin is poor.Due to the high cost of the melamine resin adhesive,the market is currently on the decorative panels(ECO board),the majority,so after the comparison of the plate made of phenolic resin.Environmental temperature,humidity and air exchange rate play great influence on formaldehyde release about the five kinds Wood based panel,when certain humidity,as the rise of environmental temperature,the formaldehyde release a quantity of the five kinds of man-made plank to rise as a whole;When at a certain temperature,with the increase of humidity,formaldehyde release a quantity of the five kinds of man-made plank gradually increasing;As the air exchange rate increase,formaldehyde release a quantity of the five kinds of man-made plank on a declining curve.The different level of plank also have great influence on formaldehyde release.High-grade plate formaldehyde emission is lower,whereas low plate formaldehyde emission is larger.As fiberboard,high-density plate formaldehyde emission is low,low density board formaldehyde emission is higher.
