With the improvement of living standards, the rapid development of the economy and the continuous innovation of science and technology has also prompted people to improve their quality of life and needs. So they gradually begin to pay attention to the indoor air pollution caused by interior decoration, but floor is the most commonly used material in the building interior decoration, which therefore becomes this research key point. In this paper, the composition and content of VOC emission from four kinds of typical wood-based panels in 28 days,as well as temperature, relative humidity, air exchange law and loading rate, were tested by using the method of climatic chamber and DNPH-HPLC-UV,single factor analysis of environmental conditions on the release of wood-based panels,is analyzed to provide in order for people to choose green,healthy,non-toxic floor to do a strong support. The findings are as follows:(1)In the previous experiment, quantitative analysis of the volume of eluting liquid was carried out,and it was determined that 99.25% of the target substance could be eluted when Acetonitrile was eluted with 5 m L,which was sufficient to meet the experimental requirements;and the elution time quantitative Quantitative analysis experiment was carried out,the elution time of 6±1 mins was enough to meet the experimental requirements and was beneficial for time saving.(2)After one month's follow-up study, there are significant differences in VOC emission from A,B,C and D sample floors,as for as the current market of wood-based panels(impregnated paper laminated wood flooring)is concerned, most the unit price of floors and VOC emissions are inversely proportional.(3)Over time, the VOC emission from the floor of all samples showed a decreasing trend, and the decreasing trend of the VOC emission rate of the four samples was basically same.In the initial short time, the VOC emission decreased sharply, and then the VOC emission rate decreased gradually, eventually all the sample floor VOC emissions will eventually tend to stabilize and finally meet national standards,no harm to consumer health.(4)The comparative analysis showed that only the highest unit price a sample floor was much higher than the national E1 standard, and its formaldehyde emission was only 1 / 10 of the National E1 standard;according to the Ministry of Health,Labour and Welfare, the recommended VOC emission value was no more than400?g/m3,However,only sample A was able to meet this standard within 28 days, and the number of monomers containing formaldehyde and other pollutants was the fewest.Although sample B was a non-toxic and non-formaldehyde product, pollutants such as formaldehyde could still be detected during the experiment, and the VOC content in the first three days had exceeded the recommended value,"Zero Aldehyde" is just a sale promotion of the manufacturer;however, from the point of view of the release rate, the decline of VOC emission from sample B is the most obvious within 28 days, presumably because, the sample B contains organic materials such as Diatomite, which can adsorb some VOC pollutants and lead to great difference in the early and later stages of VOC emission.(5)Temperature,relative humidity, gas exchange law and loading rate have certain influence on VOC emission from wood-based panel, and the influence degree is temperature & GT;relative Humidity & GT;Gas Exchange Law.With the increase of temperature, relative humidity, gas exchange law and loading rate, the resultsshowed that the VOC emission from wood-based panel increased gradually.(6)The change of ambient temperature affects the VOC emission by changing the vapor pressure of the compounds in the wood, and the change of ambient humidity affects the VOC emission by changing the evaporation of the compounds in the wood and the changeable law of environmental gas exchange affects the emission of VOC by changing the concentration gradient in the boundary layer. The results showed that the air exchange law had the least effect on the four samples.(7)The bigger amount of fresh air volume changes, the more rapid decrease of the amount of VOC in the sample. However, there is no positive correlation between the concentration and the loading rate, that is,the higher the loading rate, the lower the VOC emission times the corresponding multiple.
