Study On Operation Evaluation Index System Of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant

With the continuous advancement of industrialization and urbanization in China,the economy is developing rapidly,people’s living standards are constantly improving,and sewage discharge is also increasing day by day.However,the consequent problems such as water pollution and inadequate sewage treatment capacity also need to be solved urgently.In order to prevent water pollution,all over the country is speeding up the construction of sewage treatment plants,improve the sewage treatment capacity,but after the construction of sewage treatment plants,there are problems such as high energy consumption,low level of operation management,poor sewage treatment effect and so on.Therefore,aiming at the influencing factors of the operation evaluation of urban sewage treatment plant,it is particularly important to establish a set of practical and effective evaluation model.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the operation level of sewage treatment plants through the analysis of sewage treatment operation data in Hebei Province and the field survey and investigation.On this basis,combined with the analytic hierarchy process,the operation evaluation index system covering the basic requirements,sewage treatment,sludge treatment,odor treatment,noise control,central control system,information recording and management,safety management,plant capacity and appearance,including 32 evaluation indexes,nine aspects of the operation evaluation index system.According to the actual operation data of the sewage treatment plant in Hebei Province,the evaluation standard of the operation evaluation index was established,and the operation evaluation model of the urban sewage treatment plant was established0.Taking sewage treatment plant A and sewage treatment plant B as examples,the operation evaluation model is used to analyze them concretely.Through comparative analysis,the scores of sewage treatment plant A and sewage treatment plant B are 94.41 and 88.37 respectively,indicating that the operation level of the two sewage treatment plants is good and consistent with the actual operation situation.In addition,we can analyze the shortcomings of the sewage treatment plant in the operation according to the evaluation score results,and put forward targeted rectification suggestions and measures,which can further improve the operation level of the sewage treatment plant and improve the sewage treatment capacity.The research results show that the established evaluation model has certain scientific guidance,which can make the industry authorities more effectively supervise the operation of the sewage treatment plant,improve the sewage treatment capacity,and improve the operation level.
