Design And Operation Of Chuanhu Wastewater Treatment Project In Changchun City

Changchun City is the provincial capital of Jilin Province, with the developing of the urban economy, the improving of people’s living standards, the continuously expanding of the scale of the city, Domestic sewage and industrial wastewater discharge increased continuously. The total treatment scale of the existing sewage is 730 thousand m3/d, which can not meet the requirement of sewage treatment. The western suburbs of sewage treatment plant and the southern sewage treatment plant have not reach the full load operation. The northern sewage treatment plant has long been overloaded operation. A large number of sewage discharged directly into the Yitong River without treatment which cause serious pollution of the Yitong River water. This behavior has affected the water environment of Songhua River. Currently there is no sewage treatment plant in Chuanhu drainage area. A large number of urban sewage directly discharged into the and without treated and then discharged into the Yitong River, resulting in the polluting of Yitong River. Construction of sewage treatment projects are imminent. In this context, this study intends to design the Chuanhu sewage treatment system in Changchun city, namely constructing Chuanhu sewage treatment plant and study its operation.The main content of the project is as follows:According to the present situation of Changchun municipal wastewater treatment and the planning of the drainage project, design the Chuanhu sewage treatment plant with daily processing capacity of 200 thousand m3/d and choose appropriate treatment processes. Select the related structures and ancillary facilities and make a preliminary analysis on the operation of the sewage treatment plant.After the comparison, we choose coarse grid as the pretreatment facility and efficient sedimentation tank as the first stage treatment structure. A+A2/O process is the second stage treatment process. Disinfection process use the chlorine dioxide disinfection, In order to make the sludge dewatering, the sludge is treated with belt type filter press. Finally sewage sludge is sanitary landfill. According to the analysis of the operation data of 2015, this set of processing technology has a great processing efficiency. BOD5, COD, SS and NH3-N have reached the "urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard" (GB18918-2002) in the first level A of the effluent standard.The construction of Chuanhu sewage treatment plant made the local municipal wastewater to be effectively treated. It has important significance for easing the pollution of Yitong river system and promoting the economic construction in Changchun city.
