In recent years,China is facing a severe situation of water shortage and pollution.The most effective way to solve the problem of water pollution is to build a sewage treatment plant,which has significant social,economic and environmental benefits.However,the energy consumption in the field of sewage treatment is very huge,and it needs high operating cost support in the operation process,which makes the current sewage plant have many problems to be solved in both construction and operation,and the problem of excessive energy consumption has become an obstacle to the development of sewage treatment industry.In the current situation of the shortage of electric power resources and the increasing contradiction between energy supply and demand,the construction of sewage treatment plant with high energy utilization efficiency is the only way to realize the sustainable development strategy in China.However,at present,our country has always focused on the design,construction and treatment results of sewage treatment plants,often ignoring the follow-up operation costs of sewage plants,so many sewage plants will reduce the treatment process due to inadequate collection of sewage treatment funds,so the effluent index can be thought of.As time goes on,the sewage treatment plant will become an empty shelf and will not have the effect of sewage treatment.Therefore,the urgent task in the field of sewage treatment is to carry out the energy-saving transformation of the existing sewage plant and the energy-saving design of the new sewage plant based on the analysis of the energy conversion of the treatment unit.In this paper,the high-tech North Zone sewage plant as an example to do a detailed study,especially the process and the operation of the equipment used.Therefore,a feasible optimal operation scheme is proposed.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the energy consumption of biochemical treatment unit accounts for 71.65%of the total energy consumption,the pretreatment unit accounts for 10.32%,and the sludge treatment unit accounts for 11.37%of the total energy consumption of the sewage treatment plant in the north high tech Zone in this study,among which the power consumption of single structure mainly lies in the lifting of water pump room,aeration system and sludge dewatering machine.Therefore,the optimized operation of the plant should focus on biochemical treatment unit,sewage lifting unit and sludge treatment unit.(2)the sewage lifting part of the sewage treatment plant in the north high tech Zone accounts for about 10%of the total energy consumption.This time,it is considered to add an ultrasonic liquid level gauge in the water inlet pump room,which can monitor the change of the water inlet level and control the frequency conversion and optimal operation of the submersible pump with the feedback of the flowmeter,so as to reduce the electric energy consumption of the lifting submersible pump.At the same time,the installed coarse and fine grid machines in the plant area are carried out once Overall maintenance work.(3)for the biochemical treatment unit which accounts for more than 70%of the total energy consumption of the target plant,a network control system is established in the plant area.The staff can control the operation of the aeration brush equipment and the start and stop of the sludge reflux pump through the keyboard and mouse in the computer in the central control room of the plant area.At the same time,they can switch the automatic control mode or manual control mode at will according to the actual needs of the plant water inflow System mode,and then achieve the energy consumption reduction goal of this part.(4)the energy consumption of sludge treatment process accounts for about11%of the total energy consumption of the target plant.The energy consumption level of this unit can be reduced by optimizing the existing dehydration machine,such as the deviation valve and flushing water pipe of the belt type concentration pressure filtration equipment,and strengthening the management of the desliming room.(5)after the test,the effluent indexes after the optimized operation meet the national standards,the pollutant removal rate is improved,and the power consumption per ton of water is reduced to 0.0412kW·H/m~3.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the overall treatment effect of the water plant,and five evaluation grades of"good","good","general","poor"and"very poor"are set,and the overall operation effect of the water plant is "good".
